The route
Clear the gates, get in front of users, then convert. Follow the sequence at your own pace and expand a phase for detailed actions and resources. The day ranges are planning guidance, not deadlines or a guarantee of compliance, a listing or a contract award.

Not every company runs every lane. Requirements depend on your product and on the specific award; the official notice always governs. Skip the stops that do not apply and spend the time where you have traction.
Days 1 to 30
Clear the gates
Goal: understand the requirements that apply and choose where to focus.
- Confirm applicable registrations and cyber requirements.

Days 31 to 60
Get in front of users
Goal: put the product in front of the people who test, fly and fund it, and clear the export and ownership questions they will ask.
- Put the product in front of relevant users.
- Follow up on suitable opportunities and prime programs.
- Resolve applicable export and foreign-investor questions.
Explore the actions and resources

Ready to move on when a real user has seen or tested the product, each open RFI has a second touch, and export status is known.
Days 61 to 90
Convert
Goal: turn attention into a listing, an order or a clear next phase, with the evidence a buyer needs to say yes.
- Pursue the next listing, order or program milestone.
- Prepare delivery evidence and buyer-ready materials.
- Re-rank your paths based on traction and funding.
Explore the actions and resources
- Listing. Blue listing, or Marketplace Provisional to Cleared. Blue list · Marketplace
- First order. First BOA order, BPA call or unit buy. BPAs and unit buys
- Next DDP phase. Pitch deck ready. Drone Dominance

- Re-rank. Reorder your lanes on what got traction.
Outcome to aim for: one concrete conversion, or a clear reason why not, and a re-ranked lane list for the next 90 days.
After day 90
Run the route again with the re-ranked lanes. Lanes that drew no response get dropped or parked; lanes with traction get the next leg. Learn from how others did it in the case studies and avoid the common mistakes.
Keep it honest
Start with the phase that fits where you are now. Return to the map as you learn what is working. Programs and requirements change; check each notice before acting. See caveats and method.
