This site is the TallyPoint Drone Contracting Playbook. It is published by TallyPoint Advisors LLC, which also publishes The TallyPoint Brief. Questions about this page or your data: micahd@tallypointgov.com.
Reading the playbook
You can read the guide, the 18 doors, the organization directory, the glossary, the case studies and the sources without giving us any personal information.
When you unlock the PDF or the template files
We ask for your email address and your role. Company is optional. There is also an optional box to say you would like to subscribe to the free TallyPoint Brief. We save these details with your request, together with the time of the request and which download you asked for. We do not ask for a password or a payment.
Why we collect it
To give you the download you asked for, to see which parts of the playbook are useful, and to reply if you write to us. Unlocking a download does not subscribe you to anything. We will not add you to The TallyPoint Brief unless you complete signup on Substack yourself.
Your guided-path preferences
The guided path can remember your current step, broad product and company-stage choices, and selected public resource paths in this browser's local storage. These preferences do not include your name, email or business-plan details and do not create an account or a compliance assessment. Use Start over in the guided path to clear them. They are not shared across devices.
The access cookie
When you unlock a download, your browser keeps a small cookie so you do not have to re-enter your details for 24 hours. It is used only to check that you have unlocked. We do not use advertising cookies.
The Brief and Substack
The TallyPoint Brief is published on Substack. If you subscribe there, Substack handles your subscription under its own privacy policy.
Payments
If you buy the Government Sales Roadmap 2027, payment is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We do not see or store your card number. We receive your name, email and the details you enter at checkout so we can deliver the work.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted on Replit, which provides basic traffic analytics. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and the services above, and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the details we saved, email micahd@tallypointgov.com from the address you used. We will reply within 10 business days. To leave The TallyPoint Brief, use the unsubscribe link in any issue.
Please do not send sensitive information
Do not submit controlled unclassified information (CUI), classified information or export controlled technical data through this site, the forms or by email to us. Use public information or fictional placeholders.
Children
This site is written for business professionals and is not directed to children.
