Path through the lanes

MAR 7, 2025 Marine Corps awards a $642.21M firm-fixed-price/cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ to deliver, install and sustain installation counter-drone systems; 10 offers received; $9.49M obligated on the first order (defense.gov). The company calls it a program of record (per the company).

What a founder can copy

Answer prototype notices, then use the delivered prototype as proof for the bigger competition. The large ceiling came with a small first obligation: most of the money arrives order by order.
